An interesting taste combination. Tahini is wonderful in dressings.
- 2⁄3 cup medium firm tofu
- 1⁄3 cup water
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
- 3 -4 teaspoons tahini
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar or 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- cracked pepper, to taste
- 1⁄4 teaspoon soy sauce, or braggs liquid aminos
- Put all ingredients in blender and frappe.
- Let chill in referigerator and serve.
