I thought this was really good. It was quick and easy. I liked it like it was but some of the family added some shredded Italian cheese blend. Next time I'll sautee some spinach and mix it in. Thanks for sharing!

  1. boil pasta according to package, just slightly less, do not overcook!
  2. meanwhile, heat butter and oil over low heat until melted, add garlic for a couple minutes. add lemon juice and turn off heat.
  3. mix sour cream, salt and zest to garlic/oil and toss with pasta.
  4. put in a baking dish and bake covered at 375 for 15 minutes, uncover and bake 10 more.
  5. serve with parmesan cheese, parsley and more lemon.
