- 453.59 g elk steaks or 453.59 g deer, round steak cubed
- 44.37 ml butter or 44.37 ml margarine
- 473.18 ml medium white sauce
- 4.92 ml celery salt or 4.92 ml fresh ground celery seed
- 1.23 ml pepper
- 44.37 ml chopped parsley
- 9.85 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 59.14 ml pickle relish

- 118.29 ml breadcrumbs
- 29.58 ml butter or 29.58 ml margarine
directions
- Brown steak in 3 Tbs butter.
- Add a small amount of water (1/4C) and cook in a covered skillet until tender, adding water if needed.
- Add white sauce,seasonings,parsley and pickle relish.
- Put mixture in a greased casserole and top with bread crumbs and dot with butter.
- Bake in a 350°F oven about 30 min OR until bread crumbs are browned.
