This is the max comfort food, well, maybe after Mac and Cheese. Serve this on toast or biscuits. I love it on Bisquick biscuits.

  1. Melt butter in skillet.
  2. Add tuna with any juices.
  3. Stir in flour.
  4. Remove from heat and gradually add milk, a little at a time, mixing till smooth.
  5. Return to heat and stir till it is bubbly and thickens, adding more milk as needed.
  6. Serve over crisp toast or biscuits.

Thanks for the easy and tasty recipe. Different option for tuna instead of Tuna Noodle Casserole. I did add a can of creamed corn so that it could be a one dish meal. We liked it that way and I don't think I would mind peas either. One year old enjoyed it too. Yeah!

5 Stars from the whole family! What a great idea for a quick weeknight meal. My Grandma used to fix us meals like this and they were the best. I also quadrupled the tuna but only doubled the sauce. Delicious as is, but I am thinking of adding peas and pimentos next time. Thanks for sharing. *Made for PAC Spring 2010*
