- 14.79 ml light margarine
- 59.14 ml diced celery
- 29.57 ml diced green bell pepper
- 44.37 ml roasted red peppers, diced
- 4 eggs, hard-boiled (diced)
- 59.16 ml all-purpose flour
- 591.47 ml skim milk
- 4.92 ml curry powder or 4.92 ml garam masala
- 0.25 ml salt
- 0.25 ml pepper, to taste
- 0.25 ml cayenne pepper, if desired
- 8 slice white low-calorie bread, toasted
directions
- Melt margarine in a frying pan over medium heat and cook celery and peppers until soft.
- Add flour and milk and stir until thickened.
- Add diced egg and spices and cook until heated through and creamy.
- Serve over toast.
