  • 12 egg whites
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can low-fat cream of chicken soup
  • 1 dash pepper
  • non-fat cooking spray

  • Stir soup until smooth.
  • Beat in eggs and pepper.
  • Spray cooking spray onto hot skillet and cook egg mixture, stirring lightly, until eggs set (will still be very moist).
