This simple fruity cocktail comes from Delicious magazine in Australia. The only alcohol you'll need is Bacardi rum.
- 375 ml cranberry juice
- 375 ml grapefruit juice
- 125 ml bacardi rum
- 236.59 ml ice cube
- soda water, to top
- Place the cranberry juice, grapefruit juice, Bacardi and ice in a jug and stir to combine.
- Top up with soda water and serve in tall glasses.
Rereshingly light. I did need to use vodka for the rum we had disappeared. I did make the recipe cutting back to serve 1 for just me.
