  • 4 poached eggs
  • 8 pieces of land o lake smoked ham or 4 Canadian ham, heated on griddle
  • 2 English muffins, split toasted
  • 1 (4 ounce) package gravy, made up

  • Place the ham on English Muffin halves, then place poached eggs on top of ham. Cover halves with gravy. And serve with hash browns or home fries.
