yes its a little messy - dont put on too much sauce or cottage cheese - but it was so tasty. It tasted like real cheese!

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Spread sauce over tortilla leaving room for a"crust".
  3. Put spinach on top.
  4. Spoon cottage cheese on top of spinach.
  5. Bake in oven for 6 minutes.
