Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix ground beef, salt, pepper and chili powder.
  3. Pat out on waxed paper to 10x12 rectangle.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients and spread over meat.
  5. Roll up from long side and transfer to baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 350 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes.
