  1. Cut the crusty bread into thick slices.
  2. Brush well with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Add slices of semi dried tomatoes.
  5. Add crisp lettuce leaves.
  6. Top off with thin slices of prosciutto.

This was a really tasty combination! I didn't have any prosciutto so used a few thin slices of mild salami instead and it made a great quick lunch.
