Originally published in Beverages and Sandwiches for Your Husband's Friends, by "One Who Knows", 1893.
- 1 quart jamaican rum
- 1 pint brandy
- 4 ounces green chartreuse liqueur
- 1 pint freshly brewed tea (oolong)
- 2 lemons, juice of
- 2 oranges, juice of
- 1 cup superfine sugar
- 750 ml champagne
- Combine the rum, brandy, Chartreuse, juices and tea in a large punch bowl.
- Add the sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Add ice then add the Champagne and stir.
