  1. Slice avacados in half and remove pit.
  2. use a melon baller to remove the flesh.
  3. Place in a medium sized bowl and mash.
  4. Drizzle gererously with Lime Juice.
  5. Add Garlic, scallions, bell pepper.
  6. add drained tomatos and cilatro.
  7. Mix Thourghly.
  8. Cover and Chill until ready to serve.
