I have not tried this recipe. I got it South Beach Daily Diet Dish.
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 3⁄4 cup very strong coffee, chilled
- 1⁄2 cup nonfat milk
- 2 tablespoons granular sugar substitute
- 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup (south beach diet approved)
- 2 tablespoons whipped topping (south beach diet approved)
- Add ice, coffee, milk, sugar substitute, and syrup to a blender.
- Blend on high speed until mixture is smooth and ice is incorporated.
- Pour into tall glasses and garnish with whipped topping.
- Serve immediately.
