- 1 orange, washed, peeled, chopped and seeded
- 2 tablespoons low-fat peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon low-fat peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon honey
- apple, slices
- pear, slices
- celery, wedges
- Use fork to combine orange, peanut butter and honey.
- Spoon into serving bowl.
- Serve with scoops.
