We love cherries and this glaze was wonderful! I used a 16 ounce jar of cherry preserves, about 1/2 cup of red wine vinegar, and allspice that I eyeballed when sprinkling. Enjoyed the sweet and tart flavors and wish I would have made more to serve along side the sliced ham on our plates. Another favorite for us Kitten! Made and reviewed for KK's Recipe Tag Game.

I also think the ham glaze is amazing even though I ignored the direction not to substitute anything for the red wine vinegar. Instead I used white wine vinegar since that's the only thing I had. Also, instead of basting on a ham, I grilled a hamsteak on the grill and basted it with the sauce and then added more sauce when I served it. Made for New Kids on the Block 2009.
