This is really good. You might try making it with Splenda, if available in your area. Add a spoonful of Kahlua or orange zest for variety.

This just didn't do it for me, and at just under 7 carbs per serving (as written), I'd rather find another way to use my carbs. For those using the Splenda blend, I hope you're not making this recipe looking for low carb. 1/2 c. Splenda blend adds 97 grams of carbs!

  1. Whip the cream with electric mixer.
  2. Add Equal one packet at a time.
  3. Add vanilla and cocoa powder, and beat until almost stiff.
  4. Scrape down and mix again.
  5. Place in serving dishes, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour.
  6. Serve within 4 hours of preparation.
