These are so good and addicting. They make a great addition to your holiday plate or just when you want a nice sweet treat.
- Melt chocolate and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir in heavy cream and mint liqueur. Spread into a 9-inch square pan lined with plastic wrap and chill until firm. Cut into squares approx 1 inch and press small chunks of broken peppermint in the top of each.
