Very refreshing "adult" dessert! Freeze time not included in prep time.
- 1 pint whipping cream
- 16 ounces chocolate syrup, Hershey's
- 3 tablespoons Grand Marnier (Creme de Cocoa or Kirsch liqueur....your choice)
- chocolate shavings
- Whip cream until very stiff.
- Fold in chocolate syrup and liqueur throughly.
- Place in miniature souffle cups and freeze.
- Serve frozen and sprinkle chocolate shavings on top of each souffle.
