- Melt chocolate and set aside until cool but not set.
- Whip the cream to stiff peaks Fold into the chocolate.
- Refrigerate for one hour.
- Shape into 1" balls.
- Roll into ground nuts.
- Place on waxed paper to set up.
- Store in an air tight container.
