Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 cups whole milk or water
  • 2 (3 ounce) tablets mexican chocolate, broken into chunks


  1. Combine milk or water and chocolate in a saucepan and place over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Stir continuously to completely dissolve the chocolate. Once all the chocolate has dissolved, remove from the heat.
  2. Using a hand-held blender, blend liquid until it is foamy, about 2 minutes. Serve hot.
