I make this smoothie when I am in the mood for something sweet.... it's healthy and tastes delicious!
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- hand-ful ice cube
- Mix all ingeds. in a blender or magic bullet until creamy and smooth.
Great recipe I even forgot to add the honey and it still turned out good.
What a healthy and tasty smoothie! I like my smoothies thick like a milkshake, so I kept adding ice until it was nice and thick. The result was easily 12 oz, so the 2nd time I made it I cut the recipe in half, which was more than enough for a single serving. Great combo of flavors, and the addition of peanut butter makes is a protein shake that is good before or after a workout.
