Fast to prepare and very lean.
- 2 pork tenderloin (1 1/2 pounds total)
- 1⁄4 cup ginger marmalade
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons Chinese five spice powder
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- Brush tenderloins with oil and sprinkle on seasonings.
- Broil 15 minutes.
- Brush on ginger preserves.
- Broil 5 minutes more or until meat thermometer reaches 155 degrees F.
