A strange use for waffles, but the kids will like it. You could make this the night before and have it for breakfast in the morning!! You can use Kellogg's Eggo Waffles or make your own.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 waffles, squares
  • 14 cup yogurt, your favorite
  • 14 cup fresh fruit, chopped (complementary to the yogurt)


  1. Spread 1/4 cup of your favorite yogurt on a waffle.
  2. Add 1/4 cup fresh fruit.
  3. Top with the other waffle to make a sandwich.
  4. Freeze in plastic wrap.

mmmm! I made this for breakfast! Such a great idea! I used Kelloggs Nutragrain waffles and strawberry yogurt + strawberries. GREAT breakfast or snack anytime! thanks
