Simple to make and not too many ingredience. Can be used as main meal with spagetti or pasta or just use as a dip
- Heat the olive oil, add the onions cook until tender.
- Add the red chilli.
- Add the garlic and tomato puree.
- Add the chopped tomatoes.
- Cook for approx 5 minutes.
This was a quick and delicious way to use up ripe tomatoes! The only change I made was adding a jalepino pepper as well. I baked it over chicken breast and it was very much enjoyed. Thank you :)
