A delicious Indian treat yummy! This recipe is from a cooking class I joined recently.
Make and share this Chilled Almond and Pistachio Milk Shake (Pista Badam Milk) recipe from Food.com.
- Place the almonds and pistachios in a bowl and pour boiling water over. Leave for an hour.
- Chop half the almonds and pistachios fine and place the other half in a blender.
- Place the milk, condensed milk, cardamom powder and ice in the blender too.
- Blend till well mixed and serve garnished with the chopped almonds and thinly sliced pistachios.
I made this for my family only using almonds, because I didn't have any pistachios. It was nutty, and the condensed milk added a creamy and rich taste to the milkshake. Next time, I shall add the pistachios. Thank you for sharing.
