A great summer BBQ side dish that is sweet and refreshing.
- 1⁄2 mango, sliced into flat rounds
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 pinch garlic salt
- Grill mango slices for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from grill and splatter with lime juice.
- Toss in a bowl with chili powder and garlic salt until well coated.
Good as written, but I also tried a raw version, and thought that was even better. Hard to go back to plain mangoes, the lime and salt at least are musts for me from now on.
