This is a quick easy lunch for all ages
- 1 (8 ounce) box ditalini
- 1⁄3 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic cloves
- Cook the Ditalini until al dente according to the box directions.
- Warm the milk in the microwave for 20 seconds.
- Mix all the ingrediants and serve.
Easy, quick comfort food for children and adults alike. I would scale back the milk a tad bit next time only because the sauce came out a little runny, but other than that a very good basic recipe for everyday. Thanks for sharing SSgtballard. Made for Bargain Basement tag game.
