ingredients
- 473.18 ml cooked chickpeas
- 78.78 ml orange juice
- 4 egg whites
- 130 ml water
- 177.44 ml soft brown sugar
- 59.14 ml cocoa powder
- 2.46 ml baking powder
- 59.14 ml desiccated coconut
directions
- Put oven at 180°C/350°F.
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Put into greased 21cm pan.
- Cook 50 minutes.
- Cool completely in tin then dust with icing sugar mixed with cocoa.
- If you wish serve with berries.
