Chicken Salad

"This is a nice salad to serve at a lunchon, shower or your next card party."

ingredients

• 566.99 g can pineapple tidbits or 566.99 g can pineapple chunks, drained
• 1892.72 ml bite-size cooked chicken
• 566.99 g can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
• 907.18 g green grapes or 907.18 g red grapes
• 473.18 ml chopped celery
• 473.18 ml slivered almonds
• 1 bunch green onion, chopped

• DRESSING

• 709.77 ml mayonnaise
• 4.92 ml curry (optional)
• 22.18 ml soy sauce
• 2.46 ml salt
• 1.23 ml pepper

directions

1. Mix all ingredients together and chill.
2. One-half hour before serving, fold in the dressing mixture.
3. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
