The cheese gave the chicken a nice flavor. I would have liked a little more of a crust on it but it was still good. I did add a little seasoned salt an pepper to the cheese/crumb mix. It is a keeper though since this is the first chicken I have gotten my 2 1/2 yr old to eat that is not a nugget!! Made for PAC Fall 2011.
- 4 chicken breasts, cut in half
- 1⁄2 lb butter, melted
- corn flake crumbs
- parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- parsley sprig (to garnish)
