This is an attempt at mimicking Zaxby's or Raisin Cane's sauce for chicken strips.
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup ketchup
- 1⁄2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- black pepper
- Combine all ingredients including a generous amount of black pepper (cover surface two or three times and mix in). It is best to let the sauce sit for a few hours before serving.
Very tasty. However, haven't eaten at either of the restaurants mentioned in the description--so can't compare. But heck, who cares! The dippin' was delicious :) I made a light supper of chicken nuggets and frozen fries with a salad. Even dipped the fries and used some on the salad; yum! A real dippin' kinda evening. Made for the Paprika event in the French Forum.
