  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Line a 13x9 inch baking pan with foil or parchment and spray with cooking spray.
  • Beat butter and brown sugar with mixer on medium until light and flutty.
  • Blend in eggs, flour and baking powder.
  • Chop 5 squares of the white chocolate; stir into the batter with peanuts.
  • Spread into prepared pan.
  • Bake 20 to 25 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan.
  • Melt remaining square of white chocolate.
  • Drizzle over baked rectangle.
  • Melt semi-sweet chocolate.
  • Drizzle over baked rectangle.
  • Lift from pan and cut into triangles.
