I had a single mom so I had to "cook" a lot for myself without the flame. I actually concocted the original version of this when I was about 8 years old. You can serve it with just about any non-citrus fruit as a topping or a dip.
- 16 ounces strawberry yogurt (prestirred)
- 8 ounces whipped cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons coconut flakes (optional)
- Whip Everything Together Lightly.
Yummy dip that I served over fresh fruit salad. I didn't use the optional coconut. I'm also going to try this recipe using lemon yogurt. Made for Fall 2009 Pick A Chef.
