Chef Compton's Scalloped Oysters (Multnomah Athletic Club)

"I remember this from when I was a kid... so, so good! It was always on the buffet table at the MAC Club in Portland, OR when we would go there on special occasions. My Mom recently gave this to me, but I have yet to try it on my own so prep time is an estimate and I really am not sure on the cooking time so I left it blank."
