Cheesy Stuffed Potato Skins

- 5 baking potatoes
- 3 tablespoons milk, heated
- 2⁄3 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup scallion
- 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
directions
- Heat grill. Wrap each potato in foil. Grill for 45 minutes or until tender.
- Quarter potatoes lengthwise, remove pulp leaving a 1/2 border.
- In a bowl, blend potato pulp, milk and 1/2 the cheese and pipe it into the skins and top with the remaining cheese.
- Grill skins for 2 minutes, or until heated. Top with remaining ingredients.
