Another Campbell's Kitchen recipe. Very quick, great side dish.
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1⁄2 cup picante sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 cups cubed cooked potatoes (about 4 medium)
- Mix soup, picante sauce and garlic powder in skillet.
- Add potatoes.
- Heat through.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Serve with additional picante sauce if desired.
These were really good, very smooth and creamy. It was a nice, different side dish. Very easy to make.
