ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1⁄2 cup barbecue sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 1⁄2 cups cheese, Shredded
directions
- BROWN ground beef with barbecue sauce, to taste.
- PLACE meat mixture in centre of flour tortillas; top with 1 cup shredded cheese and roll up.
- PLACE filled tortillas in a casserole dish, top with remaining cheese and bake until cheese melts.
