  • Heat oven to 190degC.
  • Line two baking sheets with Parchment.
  • In a bowl mix the olive oil spread and the cheeses. Add flour, mustard a pinch of salt (if desired)and the seeds. Mix to combine.
  • Squeeze the mixture together with your hands pinch off bits and roll into balls the size of cherry tomatoes place on the baking sheets and flatten with your hands, Prick each one.
  • Bake for 12 - 15 minutes.

How I rate... 5 stars - perfect, will make again without any changes. 4 stars - Liked it, will make again again but with changes. 3 stars - had to make major changes but got it to work. 2 stars - had to make major changes and it didn't work. 1 star - went terribly, a waste of time and ingredients, I cried, BF cried the cats cried you get the picture...
