  • 4 slices white bread
  • 50 g sour curd
  • 1 tablespoon grams flour
  • 12 teaspoon green chili
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
  • 1 pinch salt & pepper

  • Cut the corners of the bread slices.
  • Soak the bread in the bowl of curd for at least 4 hours.
  • Remove the soaked bread and put it in a fresh container.
  • Add gramflour, garlic, chilli flakes, oregano, salt, pepper & green chillies.
  • Mix the mixture well to create small round shaped balls.
  • Heat the oil and then fry the cheese balls till it turns golden brown.
  • Serve it on the platter and serve it with jalapeno & salsa dip.
