This is a good one!!! I thought 2 lbs of shrimp was too much so I used just over 1/2 lb. I also added a can of tuna. The result was delicious with this sauce. I did find the sauce a bit too thick so I thinned it with a bit of white wine. Nice easy recipe to serve over rice. Thanks Theresa.

Directions

  1. Cream butter and flour.
  2. Add milk and make a thick cream sauce.
  3. Add remaining ingredients except shrimp.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add cooked shrimp and heat until very hot.
  6. Serve with rice.
