This recipe is a nice change from the traditional Cream Cheese filling.
- 1 cup whipping cream or 1 envelope whipped topping
- 1⁄2 cup ginger snaps, crumbs
- Whip the cream or topping as directed.
- Fold in the ginger snap crumbs Spread this filling on your baked pumpkin jelly roll and re-roll.
- Chill and serve.
