This recipe is a nice change from the traditional Cream Cheese filling.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup whipping cream or 1 envelope whipped topping
  • 12 cup ginger snaps, crumbs

Directions

  1. Whip the cream or topping as directed.
  2. Fold in the ginger snap crumbs Spread this filling on your baked pumpkin jelly roll and re-roll.
  3. Chill and serve.
