I make this alot for wedding receptions. it's really just a dressed up Jello mold
- 1 (6 ounce) envelopewhite grape gelatin
- 1 cup champagne or 1 cup ginger ale
- 1⁄2 lb white grapes, halved
- 8 ounces chopped walnuts
- 1 lb strawberry, halved
- 1 lb chopped rhubarb
- 8 ounces ricotta cheese
- Boil 1 cup hot water and stir in jello mix.
- Then add the Champange.
- mix well and then mix in the ricotta and fruit and nuts.
- Chill at least 1 hour.
