Champagne Cocktail With Pomegranate Juice

"Entered for safe-keeping. This particular recipe uses more ginger ale than pomegranate juice. It is perfect for a brunch. From Woman's World 12/31/07. You may garnish with pomegranate seed ice cubes by filling an ice cube tray halfway, freezing 1 hour, then adding one or 2 pomegranate seeds and filling to top. Freeze for 48 hours to freeze solidly. Before making the entire batch, try a sample to see if you want to correct the proportions."

  1. This made for a most enjoyable cocktail. I did feel that the ginger ale over powered the pomegranate juice a bit, and would probably cut back on it a little bit next time.<br/>Made for PRMR.
