From my Chambord recipe booklet! 1 shot = 1.5oz according to the Webtender website. This is a really simple way to make brunch very special.
- 1⁄2 fluid ounce pineapple juice
- 1⁄2 fluid ounce Chambord raspberry liquor
- 1⁄8-1⁄4 fluid ounce champagne
- Add Chambord & pineapple juice to a champagne flute.
- Top with champagne.

Very nice flavor, these could be served in shot glasses as a serving is 1.25 fluid oz. For brunch, that is just enough to toast. Made for The Wild Bunch of ZW8 during our French stop.
This recipe should come with a giant stop sign, because I couldn't stop drinking it! Well, once we ran out of champagne I stopped. Delicious and so pretty looking, you can't go wrong! Made for ZWT 5 :)
