- 59.14 ml crushed canned pineapple, lightly drained
- 29.58 ml sour cream
- 177.44 ml baked coconut
- 9.85 ml coarsely grated orange peel
- 4.92 ml vanilla
- 1.23 ml salt
directions
- Beat butter until soft.
- Gradually beat in sugar alternately with pineapple and sour cream until fluffy and smooth.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
