  1. Oh boy, if you like chocolate you'll love these! I used mini-choc chips and left out the nuts (family preference). A walnut-size ball of dough makes approx a 2-1/2" to 3" cookie, so do make sure to leave room on the cookie sheet. I baked mine for 11 min, partly because my oven bakes hot and also because we like our cookies chewy. Works better to let them cool on the sheet for a minute or two before removing to cooling rack, too. I used a store brand mix but think next time I'll splurge on a higher quality as some of the graininess of the cheaper mix came through in the texture of the cookie (since there's little liquid in the recipe). But they are great, super-chocolatey, very easy to make...would be great for school parties, etc. Will definitely keep these in the forefront of easy crowd-pleasing cookie recipes! Thanks, Teresa! :o)

  2. Very good and great looking cookies too. Could not be easier to make either.
