  • 1 apple, refrigerated, then peeled and roughly chopped
  • 12 cup orange juice
  • 12 cup milk or 1/2 cup soymilk

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a tall glass and enjoy with a dollop of whipped cream, a scoop of ice cream, or just as is.

  1. Was gonna make this as written, but at the last minute I included a bit of ground cinnamon, which I thought was fine! I made a triple batch which was about right for 2 tall glasses, & it made for a nice combo of fruit & dairy! Yet another great smoothie to add to my collection of non-alcoholic drinks!
