Caribbean Fruit Shake (Lactose Free)

I got a cheap recipe cd for my computer and this recipe was on it. It looks easy and should be great for those that are lactose intolerant because it will be a creamy shake, but contains no milk!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 banana
  • 12 cup pineapple juice
  • 12 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup ice

Directions

  1. Peel the banana and cut into a few pieces. Place the bananas to a blender. Add the pineapple and orange juices. Put a lid on the blender and blend for about 20 seconds and smooth.
  2. Add the ice and blend for about 30 seconds and smooth and frothy.
  3. Pour into serving glasses and enjoy!
