- 1 Anjou pear, a whole pineapple cut in cubes (6 - 1 1/2 inch cubes)
- 14.79 ml brown sugar
- 14.79 ml butter
- 1 cardamom pod, crushed
- Place pineapple on a flat surface and pierce skewers. Lightly coat the top with brown sugar.
- In a skillet, combine butter and cardamom and melt over medium heat. Add skewers, brown sugar side down, and cook until caramelized, about 2 minutes.
